Disordered electron states in two dimensions (Master Thesis)

In real materials, condensed matter forms disordered systems due to impurity or lattice defects, and it can be described by a random lattice model.
When electrons move under a random potential, they quantum mechanically interfere each other and localize; this is well known as Anderson localization.
